Free Week 4 Day 1, 2, 3 & 4

In fourth I supposed to do four times Metis workout. It is cardio workout - very short, but intensive. My lungs were burning after workout :) I tried to do it in proper way (with *) and I did, but while recording results to the app I didn't use the * as I think my High Jumps were not so high :) Burpees and climbers were in full motion.

I improved my time every single workout: 7:34 - 6:48 - 6:19 - 6:08

And now HELL WEEK is coming!

Free Week 3 Day 1, 2, 3 & 4

I decided to write my story after completing whole third week from free Freeletics program.

Third week I got an opportunity to choose between cardio Dione and strengh Zeus workouts.

On Monday I did Dione, it took me 51:46 without star. Leg levers were the hardest ones. 

Due to buying pullup bar I continued on Wednesday with Zeus. HS Pushup - hard nuts :) During first round pullups changed to pulldowns :) I did all in modified version. My workout took 45:16.

On Thursday I did again Dione without star and my time was 47:47, small improvement. After workout my arms started to be sore.

Friday. I woke up and I couldn't move my arm in full range of movement. I found out that this type of pain in elbow is called T-Rex - you are not able to stretch your hand.

Saturday. Oh my God - maximum stretch of right arm is 90 degrees, decided to let workout on Sunday and cancelled my football game. With stretching my hand at least I was able to put on my pants by myself, but not jacket :)

Sunday. I convinced myself to do Zeus workout. Pullups I did with the help of pushing up with legs also. My time was 49:20. After the workout I felt great and ready to start new week.

Free Week 2 Day 3 & 4

At the end I decided that I will do pushup MAX on the third day and squat MAX on the forth. I did 30 pushups and 148 squats. Not bad :)

On Monday starts third week of free program. There will be needed pulup bar, therefore I ordered it, hope on Monday I will get it.

Free Week 2 Day 2

Good evening.

As I already wrote on the first day it wasn't enough for me and I did both MAX. Today I did Aphrodite, not bad by I eat approximately 1,5 hour before and it was hard to train. Tommorow will be rest day.

Free Week 2 Day 1

Second week of free Freletics program is the week of so called MAX. In first day i did 29 pushups in 100 seconds and 135 squats in 300 seconds. Both of MAX were rather paintful. I recieved an advice to train max pushups on the first day, second - max squats, third - Aphrodite and fourth day to choose between Aphrodite or one of the MAX. But I think that it is not enough only one MAX per day, at least fir me. Probably on the second day I will train Aphrodite, than one rest day, and then will repeat first and second day (fourth and fifth).

Free Week 1 Day 4

Last training of the first week of free Freeletics program was hard. My legs were ready to blow up. But my time was 33:29. Stil without star, burpees are very hard :)

Free Week 1 Day 3

My third training day was after one day rest. I was feeling OK and not so much sore, but as soon as I started squats I thougt I won't be able to reach time like before. Also situps were hard. At the end my time was 37:39, so not bad. I'm interested if my next training will be also so hard :)
