Cardio & Strength Coach - Week 2 and 3 are Finished

So week 2 and 3 are ended. New workouts and new experience. I tried to do some workouts outside and thats great. Also during these weeks I attended few PB and was able to improve workouts with *. I still fighting with pullups doing them in easy version, but finaly was able to do few in full motion :) My third week was during Christmas, but I felt really great and had lack of workouts during rest days and this feeling starting to be stronger :)

Don't look for excuses and keep going in any time and any where!

Cardio & Strength Coach - Week 1 Finished

Good morning,

so as you can notice I already started my Cardio and Strength coach. In first week I did only MAXes + one Aphrodite - coach wanted to collect my performance data :)

So keep going forward!

Free Week 5 - HELL WEEK

"Hell Week means a lot of training. 7 days, 7 times Freeletics. All out. 7 days in a row."

Have to say I thought I will be more sore :)

Next week I decided to take a rest before starting Cardio & Strength coach. Have to say, I have had a lack of training :)
