During 6th week there was a lot of running. I have to say it was really light week, probably to to next HELL WEEK :)
I did some PBs, some workout no :) But I bought new wind-stopper jacket for working out outside and actually it helps.
So now HELL WEEK, there will be only three sessions, but each consist of 3 workouts, mostly cardio...looking forward for new challenge.
